Accor has revamped its online portal for travel agents – www.travelagencies.accorhotels.com – introducing an exclusive travel industry discount programme – called STAR (Special Travel Agency Rate).

With a dedicated URL for travel consultants, the site allows agents to book commissionable rates for clients and highly discounted industry rates for personal use. Agents have full access to a wide range of commissionable rates for business and leisure travel, as well as seasonal and special occasion packages.

The new STAR travel industry rate programme offers a year-round 30 percent discount off the hotel public rate at over 1300 selected Accor hotels worldwide including Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure, Suitehotel and All Seasons worldwide.

Booking is straightforward through http://www.travelagencies.accorhotels.com or GDS (Accor Hotel Code: RT). Rates are valid for personal stays only and a maximum of two rooms per booker.
